Rosie started with our agency in 2009 but has been in the insurance industry since 1994. Customers appreciate her insight as they learn to choose insurance that fits their needs. When she’s not working, you can find Rosie spending time with her family and grandchildren and traveling.

Jennifer Rison

Jennifer joined our agency in 2016. Whether you are looking to protect your family or your belongings, Jennifer is committed to taking the time to understand your specific insurance needs. She graduated from Perry Technical Institute in 2015. Outside of the office, she enjoys attending motorcycle rallies, concerts, camping and boating at Banks Lake.

Leticia Zapien

Leticia is a knowledgeable and experienced insurance professional and has been in the insurance industry since 1999. She has lived in Toppenish since 1973 and is familiar with the needs of the community. When she’s not working you can find Leticia volunteering at her local church and around the Toppenish community. She also enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.

Erica Rodriguez

Erica joined our agency in 2017. She has been in the insurance industry since 2016 and is committed to taking the time to understand your specific insurance needs. She is a graduate of Perry Technical Institute, where she studied Business and Accounting. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping and traveling. She also enjoys attending sporting events with her children.

Kristy Rison

Kristy, born and raised in the Yakima Valley. She appreciates talking with customers and helping them with their insurance needs. She is extremely enthusiastic in customer assistance and in helping other people. She has been in the insurance industry for two years. She has a beautiful daughter which she adores and enjoys being around family.

Juan Licea

Juan joined our agency in 2023. As a native to Yakima Valley, he is familiar with the needs of the community. Juan is committed to taking the time to understand your specific insurance needs. Outside of the office, he enjoys playing soccer. He also serves as a coach to a girls’ high school team.
